Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do I need for webcam sessions?
You'll need a computer, tablet or phone with a good camera, stable internet connection, and a 10'x10' space (for training sessions). We recommend testing your setup before your first session.
Can I record the sessions for later review?
Yes! All sessions will be recorded so you can refer back to the training techniques and feedback provided during your consultation.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
We understand schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling. Sessions must still be completed within 30 days of purchase.
Do you work with dogs that have behavioral issues?
We can help with most training challenges. However, we cannot address aggression, severe fear, resource guarding, or extreme separation anxiety via webcam for safety reasons.
